Day 6 of #ultimatelyou30daychallenge

Sorry the posts are on the same day.  I did the challenges on the right days, I just didn’t have a chance to upload.

Day 6 was 50 squats and I only remembered about the challenge at 20h00 last night!

Doing 50 squats in one go is not easy, but I managed it!  I might not have done them 100% correctly because I couldn’t go all the way down, but I at least did 50.  🙂

Exercise in general is always good.  Squats is a compound, full body exercise which is great for strengthening thigh and hip muscles, buttocks, quadriceps and hamstrings.

My legs were definitely not my friends afterwards, but if I keep at it, maybe I can hit the floor!  And not by falling over!
