Dum dum duuuuum, it’s Day 13 (for me) of the Ultimate You 30 day challenge. Technically yesterday was day 13, but moving along.
The challenge was to log everything you eat.
I have been doing this for a while now thanks to the S Health app on my phone, so this challenge was a piece of cake. No, I didn’t eat a piece of cake. I did however have 3 cups of coffee, a handful of dried cranberries and 5 slices of pizza. Very nutritious isn’t it?
I have been going through a very bad eating phase, so it’s been rather interesting logging everything. There are times when what is being logged isn’t entirely accurate, but it still gives you a good idea of your kcal (whatever that is) and the vitamins, etc you are getting in with each meal.
I’m getting better at reaching my kcal target even though I have no idea what that means. I need to do some more research, but haven’t had the liss (motivation) to. With my luck I’ve been doing it all wrong and I would prefer to be ignorant for a bit longer.
So that’s Day 13 done and dusted. Only 17 more to go….
BTW, on a side note, I realised this format of WordPress I’m using doesn’t have a spell check, so if there are spelling errors I do apologise. I do proof read to try pick up problems, but sometimes the word just looks right even when it’s wrong. 🙂
