Day 5 of #ultimatelyou30daychallenge

On the 10th of Jan was the 5th day of the Ultimate you challenge and all I needed to do was ensure I ate a portion of green veg with dinner.

Easy enough, except when hubby is cooking and he has no clue what to make.  I ended up with broccoli and cauliflower.  It was edible at least.  🙂 
Thanks angel for making it, but we need to broaden our horizons a bit more for future meals.

Including decent portions of vegetables in all meals is important for your general health.
Broccoli for example is rich in Vit C and a great source of Vit A, potassium and folate.

We will definitely try and keep this challenge going.
